Map of the real process
How it works today, including the exceptions nobody documented. Without this you automate the process someone believes exists, not the one that does.

Service 02
Copying data from one system into another, sending the same email, updating the same sheet. These are tasks that need no judgement, only time. Connect them once and they run themselves.
When it makes sense
What's included
First the process is mapped as it works today, exceptions included. Then whatever always repeats the same way gets automated, and whatever needs a decision stays with a person.

DiscoveryThe data goes in once and reaches wherever it needs to on its own: form, ERP, spreadsheet, email, CRM.
n8n · APIsERP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, databases and any service that exposes an API. If it does not, we find the way.
ERP · M365 · SQLEmails, reminders and notifications that go out without anyone remembering to send them.
Email · MessagingWhat happens when a flow fails: who gets told, what gets retried and what is logged. An automation that fails silently is worse than not having it.
Alertas · LogsEvery flow is documented so your team can change it without calling me.
TrainingFAQ
It depends on the process, and I would rather not give you an invented number before seeing it. In the diagnosis we count how many times a week the task repeats and how long each one takes. That gives the real figure — and sometimes the conclusion is that it is not worth automating.
The flows are documented and your team is trained to adjust them. That is exactly why we use n8n and not custom code: you change them by looking at the flow, not by rewriting a program.
Most modern systems expose an API. When they do not, there is almost always a middle path: scheduled exports, email, a database. If there really is no way, I tell you in the diagnosis instead of selling you the project anyway.
No. Many of these flows are built on email, forms and spreadsheets, which is what most small companies work with.
Yes, and it is what I usually recommend. We pick the most repetitive process, automate it, measure it, and with that result you decide whether to carry on.
Next step
Let us start there. In the diagnosis we count how much time it takes from you and what can be automated first, with a fixed price per stage.
