Service 01

AI agents that answer with your information, not with invented ones

An assistant that answers what your business actually answers every day: prices, availability, order status, how to get started. Trained on your documents and connected to your systems, not to what the model thinks it remembers.

When it makes sense

This will sound familiar

  • You answer the same message ten times a day, always with the same five sentences.
  • Clients write outside working hours and you reply the next day, once they have already bought elsewhere.
  • You tried a chatbot and it invented prices or promised things you do not offer.
  • Every enquiry you handle yourself is half an hour you are not spending on what you actually charge for.
  • You have the information — in a PDF, in a spreadsheet or in your head — but nobody else can answer with it.

What's included

What gets built

An agent is not a chatbot with hand-written replies. It is a system that looks up your information before answering, and knows when to hand the conversation to a person.

Knowledge base built on your information

Your documents, prices, policies and frequent questions, organised so the agent checks them before answering. If the answer is not there, it says so instead of inventing it.

Connection to your systems

The agent looks up the real value when it matters: availability, order status, a record in your database. It does not repeat information frozen three months ago.

APIs · n8n

Booking and handover

It can book straight into your calendar, and it recognises when the conversation needs a person instead of pushing on.

The channel where your clients already are

WhatsApp, Telegram, the chat on your site or inside Microsoft 365. Wherever they write, that is where it answers.

Limits and tone defined in writing

What it may promise, what prices it may quote, what it must never touch. Written down and tested before it talks to a real client.

FAQ

Before you write

Will it not just make things up?

That is the real risk, and it is why the agent is built around your information, not the model's general knowledge. It checks your documents before answering and, when the answer is not there, it says so. On top of that, what it may and may not promise is defined in writing and tested before it goes in front of a client.

How long does it take to set up?

It depends on how organised your information is. If your prices and policies are already written down, it is a matter of weeks. If they need organising first, that is the first stage. In the diagnosis I give you the schedule with dates per block.

Does it replace my support team?

No, it takes the repetitive part off them. The agent resolves the enquiries that repeat and hands a person the ones that need judgement. In practice your team handles less volume, of better quality.

What happens to my clients' data?

It stays in your infrastructure and under your accounts. I work with temporary access that is revoked when we finish. If you prefer, we sign a confidentiality agreement before I see anything.

We are a small company — is this not too big for us?

That is exactly where it shows most. A large company has people to absorb the repetitive work; in a small operation every enquiry lands on you. Starting small and doing it well is cheaper than starting big and doing it badly.

Next step

What questions do people ask you every single day?

That is the half-hour conversation. We come out with a list of what the agent can resolve and what it cannot, and a fixed price. Even if you do not hire me.
