Are you an agency, or do I work directly with you?
Formally I am an independent studio: one senior architect on your project from start to finish, with no layers of project managers or juniors learning on your budget. You get an agency's standard — process, deliverables, documentation — with the advantage of always talking to the person who actually builds the solution.
What does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, but you will never be half-informed: after the diagnosis you get a fixed price per stage.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. In step 2 I hand you the schedule with dates per block, so you know what you get and when before we start.
We are a small company — does this apply to us?
Yes, that is exactly what I work on: automating the repetitive part without setting up infrastructure you don't need. Starting small and doing it well is cheaper than starting big and doing it badly.
What happens to my data?
It stays in your infrastructure and under your accounts. I work with temporary access that is revoked when we finish, and everything is documented so your team can run it without me. If you prefer, we sign a confidentiality agreement before I see anything: it can be your company's template or one I propose, and it is signed before the diagnosis, not after.
Do you work on site?
I am based in Quito and work remotely across LATAM. For projects in Ecuador I can be on site during the discovery and training stages.
